Tint World announced that Firstech, which makes the Compustar and DroneMobile brand of remote starters, has become its official remote start and security supplier.
Tint World will also stock iDatalink data modules that work with Compustar products for easier installation into various cars.
The partnership was effective in September and includes all Firstech products.
The Tint World franchise chain plans to have 36 stores in operation in the U.S. by the end of 2013 and another 25 throughout 2014.
While window tinting is the chain’s number one product, car audio and electronics is its number two best-selling category, ahead of wheels and tires, accessories and dent repair, it said.
