Avidworx Store Tracking Teams with MERA’s TSS

Avidworx and MERA (the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association) have partnered to give dealers automatic real time data on their store’s every-day performance.

Avidworx’ Dashworx tracks the four most important metrics for any retailer: daily sales, average sale value, daily traffic and sales staff closing rates. MERA’s TSS tracks point of sale tracking data.  When combined, retailers using Avidworx automated door counters  can now get real-time data on their daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance.

“This was a major piece of the puzzle for Dashworx,” said Avidworx founder Marcel Newell. “We made it easy for store owners to manually input all of the information, but the goal from the start has been to automate the entire process for busy owners and managers. Knowing your numbers is everything in this industry.”

MERA’s  TSS also collects customer email addresses. That database will merge with Dashworx’ email marketing system, Mailworx.
