TomTom announced a new portable navigation device (PND) with redesigned interactive maps. The company is billing the device as a tool for more than navigating, which includes advanced free traffic updates and 3D Maps to help drivers know more about the road ahead.
The new GO line will come in 4.3”, 5” or 6” models and drivers can choose to get a Connected PND or a version that uses a Bluetooth link to one’s smartphone.
The line shows speed camera information and also allows map updates.
GO will be available in the U.S. later this year, and pricing to be announced.
TomTom also announced a new sports watch.
