MMATS is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, marking a commitment to U.S. made amplifiers and speakers.
In addition the company is focusing in 2013 on high powered, full range Class D, U.S. made amplifiers.
Although full range Class D amplifiers are becoming mainstream, high powered versions of these amplifiers remain rare, said MMATS President David Thompson.
The company plans to offer 8 such models by the end of the year, with power output ranging from 1,600 to 10,000 watts.
Thompson expects the full range Class D market to double in the next 3 years.
MMATS is also expanding its distribution among select independent specialists and recently added 3 leading sales reps.
The car audio and amplifier supplier began building U.S.-made product on February 8, 1993. In December of 2010 it was purchased by Thompson, one of three founding members.
MMATS subwoofer brands include Juggernaut, Dreadnaut, Monster, and P-series.
