MMATS announced it is now shipping its HiFi 6150 6-channel full range Class D amplifier, after a brief backorder period.
“Sales were so brisk it caught all of our forecasts off guard and pushed us into a 45 day backlog,” said President David Thompson.
The American-made HiFi 6150 has a small 10” by 9.5” by 2.2 inch” chassis. It’s rated at 6 by 150 watts RMS per channel. Channels 5 and 6 can bridge to mono down to 1 ohm and deliver 1000 watts. A Burr Brown pre-amp section helps produce a frequency response from 5Hz to 22Khz with stereo separations in the lower 80’s. Suggested retail price is $1199.
