Starting this spring on the SL-Class, and rolling out to other 2013 models, mbrace2 gives you apps on the radio such as Facebook, Yelp!, Google Local search, Morningstar Finance, plus news and route downloads.

Users also get full vehicle remote features including teen tracking, speed alerts and geofencing. Users also get vehicle health reports and remote trouble shooting.  You can also remotely flash the horn and headlights.

The system is also now updateable over the air,  said the company.

Mbrace is a subscription service, but no service fees were announced at CES.
