Grom Audio announced a new kit to add a USB drive or iPhone/iPod or other portables to most late model Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and Volvo vehicles.
The kit lets you manage your music through the radio controls of the vehicle or its steering wheel buttons. You get a direct USB input for music stored on flash drives and USB-based portable hard drives. With an optional cable, the GROM-MOST kit works with an iPod or iPhone.
You may also add an optional Bluetooth dongle for handsfree calling and audio streaming, again using the radio controls or steering wheel controls.
The $400 kit works with vehicles using the MOST data bus.
