The number of installers with current MECP masters certifications topped 200 for the first time.
While there have been more than 200 Mobile Electronics Certification Program masters over the years, this is the first time that the industry has had 200 at once, said a spokesman for the Consumer Electronics Association which hosts the MECP program.
The 200th installer was Aaron Daniels at Autosounds of Lincoln, NE.
