Earthquake is now shipping a new horn driver that accepts three different sizes of horns.
The HD250X driver specifically handles mid to high frequencies (just as a subwoofer is dedicated to lower frequencies). The speaker has a die cast aluminum housing with a Kapton voice coil. The horns can screw on by the user and they vary in size to produce different musical effects.
The horn driver itself has a suggested retail price of $89 and the add-on horns range from $9 to $19.
