Digital video recorders for the car can be helpful in determining who hit whom in a fender bender. Now, there’s an app for that.
The iCar Black Box app helps you use your iPhone as a DVR. Yes, you can just mount your iPhone on the windshield and start recording every time you drive, but with the 99 cent app you get a more workable device.
It only saves footage when you tell it to and it uses the phone’s GPS to keep a record of your speed, which can be useful in an accident dispute.
