Panasonic Corp. will partner with Best Buy to offer special 3D TV displays and will discount the 3D TVs by almost 50 percent, said the Wall Street Journal. A 50-inch 3D model will sell for about $2,500 in the U.S. Panasonic aims to sell one million 3D TVs in its fiscal year ending March 31, 2011, with half of those sales in the U.S., said the WSJ referencing reports in Japan’s Nikkei newspaper over the weekend.
