Adorama, a landmark New York camera store, has been deluged with entries to its iPhone photography contest, it said.
The store is running a contest for photos taken with an iPhone. Contestants also list the apps they used to edit their images. Adorama said it received over 5,000 submissions in two weeks.
“We knew that taking and editing your photos with Apple’s iPhone was a growing phenomenon, but we never thought we would have received such overwhelming interest from around the world!” said Ahron Schacter, director of new product development & merchandiser at Adorama. “We have had submissions as far away as Japan!”
