Free Coffee with Nook

share on:

Barnes & Noble continues to hone on its in-store advantage in selling its Nook eReader by offering a free cup of coffee to anyone reading an eBook on a Nook (or other device running the BN eBookstore) in its stores.
The other aim of the bookseller seems to be to encourage laptop and smartphone users to download BN eBookstore software. Anyone who shows one of its café servers an iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, BlackBerry, HTC HD2 or laptop running an open eBook on BN software can get a tall coffee for a limited time.
If you have any of these devices you can bring it into the store and the bookseller will help you download the software and a free eBook sample so you can get the coffee.
We’re heading over there now.
