Automotive Integrated Technologies (AIT) is continuing to build its presence across Canada and is currently seeking Partner Development Specialists in Ontario and British Columbia.
This role is centered around working closely with a focused group of dealer partners, supporting them through training, system design guidance, and ongoing, relationship-driven engagement in the field.
While this position will feel familiar to experienced sales representatives, it comes with a different set of expectations.
AIT is not built around transactional selling. The focus is on showing up prepared, adding value at every interaction, and becoming a trusted resource for the dealers you work with. That means understanding the products, the installations, and the real-world challenges dealers face on a daily basis.
We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including experienced representatives, retail sales professionals, and installation technicians looking to take the next step in their careers.
The right person is someone who:

- Is comfortable working independently within a territory
- Has a curiosity for learning and improving their technical knowledge
