Rydeen Mobile Electronics, Inc., a well-established vehicle safety systems manufacturer based in Southern California, is seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Manager to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Torrance, CA.
This is a key role for a proven sales leader with a strong background in consumer electronics and strategic account management. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and leading a sales network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and lead a network of domestic distributors, dealers and outside sales reps across strategic territories
- Plan and forecast strategic territory sales and growth targets
- Identify and develop new market opportunities while maximizing existing account potential
- Travel as needed to support and develop your assigned sales network
- Collaborate closely with internal departments from our Torrance, CA headquarters (preferred location)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the consumer electronics industry, with a strong retail and wholesale customer base
- Established and positive relationships with key accounts in domestic markets highly preferred
- Deep understanding of the 12V industry and its products, trends, and culture
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Highly self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-changing business environment
