Rydeen Mobile Electronics, a leading manufacturer in ADAS safety and TEZspex.com, a new brand dedicated for TESLA add-on accessories, is seeking an experienced Tech Support Associate for serving nationwide and Canadian territories to work in its corporate office located in Torrance, California.

Essential Functions:

  • Technical/Customer Support (including defective or consumer usage or misuse, installation issues, and troubleshooting)
  • Product & Installation Training
  • Product Development (including Product Proofing Testing)
  • Preparation of all Exhibitions (including Distributor & Dealer shows)
  • Ability to work from our Corporate Office located in Torrance California

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Consumer Electronics for technical customer support
  • Exceptional Communications, Customer Service Skills, and Relationship Building
  • Ability to Work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
  • Knowledgeable of the 12V industry, in products and culture
  • Computer Proficiency in Windows Office and CRM systems
  • Vehicle repair or 12V installation experience is preferred
