Morel, the renowned maker of ultra-premium speaker systems for car and home, is looking to expand its team in the US.

Morel is currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our car audio division. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing, growing and maintaining sales within territory, as well as providing support for and managing outside representatives. This position will also be required to work with other departments on a variety of tasks as needed.

Job Functions

  • Oversee sales within specified territory
  • Provide support to outside territory representatives and individual stores
  • Coordinate with territory representatives and travel within territory/region
  • Determine long- and short-term sales goals for region and territory representatives
  • Manage travel budget and expenses
  • Plan and execute training with dealer staff and management
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues
  • Assist with developing in-store sales tools and media


  • Five years of professional experience in car audio
  • Keen understanding of high-end audio equipment
  • Must be self-motivated, detailed and focused
  • Ability to build relationships, motivate others and manage sales
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with customers diplomatically and rationally while under pressure
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 1 week every month
