Morel Seeks Product Specialist/Trainer

Morel, the renowned maker of ultra-premium speaker systems for car and home, is looking to expand its team in the US.


Morel is currently seeking a Product Specialist to join our car audio division. The Product Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing both in person and online product trainings for retailers and distributors, general technical support, as well as assisting in product development. This position will also need to work with other departments on a variety of tasks as needed.

Product Specialist

  • Serve as a product expert with regards to brand philosophy as well as product construction, functionality, and abilities
  • Plan and implement technical training for inside and outside sales, distributors, and marketing teams in support of existing products and new product launches
  • Answer emails, phone calls and messages from retailers, sales representatives, and consumers regarding product specific questions and issues.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams



  • Develop and deliver in person and online trainings that target product design, sales and installation objectives
  • Optimize trainings for efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage trainings with retailers, trade shows and regional events
  • Assist with development and execution for Crutchfield trainings
  • Spokesperson for online media and live events


Additional Duties

  • Analyze market trends and participate in product development
  • Manage specific product development including conceptual design, features and specifications, manuals, and evaluation
  • New product evaluation



    • Five years of professional experience in car audio installation
    • Good computer skills required as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Excellent technical comprehension of car audio electronics, digital sound processors, speakers and enclosure design
    • Ability to interact with customers diplomatically and rationally while under pressure.
    • Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
    • Troubleshooting and basic math skills are necessary. Must be able to work in both standard and metric systems
    • Able to travel within the USA and abroad
    • Must be self-motivated, detailed and focused
