Ideal Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in management
- 7+ years’ experience in sales and leadership
- Interest in car audio, truck lifts and accessories, window tinting and wheels & tire.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and incredibly organized
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute a plan of action
- Competent using Windows based PC and MS Office programs
- Experience managing social media reputation and online presence for a business
- Coaching and mentoring leadership style

- Manage schedule for sales and installation team
- Communicate and uphold performance and behavior standards for all team members
- Recruit new team members as needed
- Arrange continuous learning opportunities for team members
- Manage and delegate online sales leads
- Set store level and individual sales and installation goals
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain store and parking lot cleaning schedules, ensuring each team member fulfills their assigned duties to company standards
- Respond to online and social media reviews promptly and courteously
- Manage online presence by continuously updating social media images, announcements, and customer testimonies
- Monitor and audit employee timecards and schedule
- Conduct scheduled performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to ensure standards for continuous improvement are met
- Balance inventory and stock levels to support sales projections and market demands
- Implement and manage key initiatives and business development plans
- Stay informed about upcoming products, industry trends, and enthusiast preferences
- Stay informed of current promotions, specials, and product offers in our ads

- Valid driver’s license

Compensation:
$65,000 to $150,000 per Year
