BOSS Audio is extending its floating radio line up starting this month.
It will offer CarPlay/Android Auto radios with both smaller and larger screens in addition to its current 9- and 10.1-inch models.
This month the company will ship a 7-inch floating radio with CarPlay and Android Auto and it will add 8- and 11.6-inch models in the first quarter next year, it said. The radios offer single chassis with separate screens.
The new 7-inch model is the BE7ACP-FT in the BOSS Elite line, which is protected against Internet discounters and, which follows a minimum advertised pricing policy (MAP). The BE7ACP-FT carries a MAP of $299.99.
A version that is bundled with a rear view camera is the BE7ACP-CFT at a MAP of $319.99.

The newer UI is pretty decent, and fairly fast.. and the simple clip in screen mounting is the best/easiest in the industry IMO… but they are woefully unreliable. It sucks how many of these die within a few months. BOSS still is simply living by being cheap, and continues to not care about reliability.
have fun with that one, replaced every one we have sold with in 6/12 months. Have had screen stop working (clipped in new one screen and it came rate on), AA/AC screen cuts on/off or just freeze (tested with multiple phones/cables) no sound and most common is no power
