We are hiring for a 12volt Regional Sales Manager!

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. The position is also responsible for developing and executing sales plans and strategies in accordance with corporate sales goals and strategic initiatives.



  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
  • Identify and close target accounts in an effort to achieve maximum exposure, coverage and brand awareness
  • Research new channels of distribution and develop acquisition plans
  • Provides accurate forecast information based on assigned territories


  • Product knowledge of all MiTek Consumer brands
  • Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Experience in strategic planning, supply chain management, and execution
  • Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations
  • Has demonstrated ability to close deals and move a company/strategy forward to a successful outcome
  • Experience managing creative functions
  • Requires well-developed sales, communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel and attend tradeshows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
