Develop technical support guides, handbooks, and methodologies for our associates, customers and product manuals Support products and installation by phone, email and even chat Train and assist sales and service members to help lift our workforce to new levels Troubleshoot problematic installations remotely by phone Approve or deny customer returns from the start to finish of the process. Test and evaluate new product additions Work with merchandising to help bring solutions that will lessen friction with customers Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma Proficiency in English 2+ years mobile electronics installation or tech support experience Outstanding communication skills High attention to detail Bonus Skills: College degree MECP Certification Proficiency in Spanish Microsoft Word and Excel experience Able to type 40+ WPM About Us We’re a nationally recognized retailer and participant in NPD.
