POSITION: Technical Support Representative

START DATE: Immediate

LOCATION: New York City, NY

OVERVIEW In this customer support role the Technical Support Representative is critical providing a top notch experience for our customers by being a first line of contact and professional representative of Mobileye. The Technical Support Representative will collaborate with team members in the Sales and Tech Departments along with key individuals within accounts and will report to the Technical Support Manager.

THE COMPANY Recently acquired by Intel, Mobileye designs Advanced Driver Assistance and Collision Avoidance Systems for cars and trucks. Mobileye’s vision based platform, driven by its proprietary chip and algorithms, works as a third eye, analyzing the risks on the road and issuing visual and audio alerts to help drivers avoid collisions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist customers who call or email into the US Tech department with issues or inquires by immediately resolving their concern or getting the appropriate person involved. Document customer issues and assist the Support Team in documentation. Various daily support related duties.

 

JOB DUTIES

 Quickly and efficiently address all emails and calls that come into US Tech

 Log all calls into our CRM system

 Generate RMAs and follow through to fulfillment

 Develop technical documentation for Support Team members

 Escalate any trending issues that may develop

 Other duties as assigned by Technical Support Manager

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

 Experience in a customer service role preferably in technical field

 Familiar with Automotive Architecture

 Familiarity with wiring/electronics

 Familiarity with CAN/Serial Networks

 Clear and concise communication

 Able to work with minimal direction to a goal

 Able to quickly and efficiently adapt to different tasks

 High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

 General drive for problem solving and wanting to learn more

 Ability to work 10AM-6PM M-F out of our Manhattan Office
