Rydeen Mobile Seeks National Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success, with 10-15 years of solid and successful sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client relationships, generate and maintain new accounts, and expand sales to existing accounts
  • Develop and implement new methods and approaches to increase business opportunities
  • Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

Applicants must be willing to relocate to company HQ in Southern California.

Qualifications

  • A highly motivated, go -getter, sales super-star with exceptional work ethic and the desire for exceptional growth opportunity
  • Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings
  • Selling to most of the big retailers (both online and retail stores) and you have an existing list of primary point of contacts for national account
  • Not afraid to take a leadership position, prepare and implement sales strategies, present to potential accounts, prepare, negotiate and close contracts and be held responsible to meet sales quota
  • Able to interface with all levels of management
  • Highly skilled in presentations
  • Willing to travel to make it happen
  • Experience in the 12 volt industry a must
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 10-15+ years’ relevant experience
  • Experience working with CRM systems
