CA CV&DA Holdings, Inc., parent company of the Cerwin-Vega Mobile and Diamond Audio brands is seeking an Eastern Regional Sales Manager to add to our team. Come and join the most dynamic and fastest growing organization that offers premium mobile audio products under well-established brand names.
This position generates profitable sales revenue for the organization by achieving sales quotas set forth by the company. The individual in this position will develop a sales plan and strategy for their assigned territories and manage all responsible field sales representatives and dealer accounts in order to meet sales and growth objectives of the company.
The incumbent in this position is expected to execute financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, forecasting product requirements, scheduling expenditures, and manage profitability by brands, territory, and products. The successful candidate for this position must also contribute by developing sales and marketing programs, maintaining and expanding the dealer base, and identifying new business opportunities.
The Regional Sales Manager must be able work efficiently, accurately, and be highly self-motivated, and able to work with our external field sales representatives to create a successful and respectful working relationship. Travel in the assigned territories will be required. Successful candidate is expected to provide the highest level of customer service for the sales organization and other departments within the company.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Implement sales objectives and communicate monthly sales strategy to internal and external stakeholders. • Travel in assigned territories and attend industry trade shows and events. • Develop profitable and successful dealer sales programs. • Communicate our company selling policies and procedures appropriately. • Provide accurate sales reports, inventory, and pertinent information on a daily basis to the field. • Assist New Product Development by identifying potential product opportunities. • Compile and maintain database of customer e-mails for sales and marketing purposes.
• 12 Volt knowledge a must. • Analytical Skills – Ability to think and reason independently to solve and troubleshoot problems. • Organization – Maintain and documenting all files to ensure accuracy of work. • Relationships – Effectively build relationships with all customers while promoting all brands. • Communication – Ability to interpret technical and written information; edit written text, proof read, present technical specifications and numerical data accurately.
