Elettromedia-USA is looking to add a Technical Service Manager / Technical Trainer to our Sales and Marketing Team. JOB TITLE: Technical Services Manager
JOB FUNCTIONS: Develop technical product manuals for our products that assist our partners while selling and installing our products • Answer incoming technical support questions from dealers, sales, reps, distributors and consumers. • Attends industry shows and creates processes to share information and capitalize on opportunities/trends in the marketplace. • Assists with DSP processor set-up and training, system design and enclosure specification for dealers and consumers. • Maintain knowledge of all current and past Elettromedia-USA products. • Assist in building factory Demo vehicles.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 5 years Car Audio Installation experience • Be customer centric focused • Project management skills • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Detail oriented • Must live in Southern California.
