HAUPPAUGE, NY–VOXX Electronics said a recent dealer sales incentive program for selling remote starters, along with cold weather, helped make the recent season one of its most successful to date for sales of remote starters.
“The miserable winter that we experienced across the US and the exciting remote start promotion we ran throughout the season combined to deliver one of the best Remote Start seasons in our company’s history,” said Tom Malone, President of VOXX Electronics. “We exceeded our sales projections and we received thousands of entries from hundreds of our retail partners, making this the best promotion we have ever run.”
The promotion from November through February gave away over $35,000 in prizes. The company also said it expanded the prizes so that every entrant is to receive a pair of KLIPSCH S3m In-ear headphones.
The grand prize winner of a KLIPSCH Palladium P-39F Home Theater, with a $31,500 retail value, is Jared Cohen of Auto Action Group, Kenilworth, NJ. Winner of Second Place KLIPSCH GALLERY G-28 Home Theater, ($2,949 value), is Mark McCormick of Micorp, Auburn, MA. Also, Tony Horton of Enormis Mobile Specialties, Erie, PA won a KLIPSCH Gallery G-42 Sound Bar, ($699).
Under the program, the most sold VOXX remote start item was the Code Alarm CA4053 followed by the Pursuit PRO9056C. Three of the top five systems registered were Code branded.
