The top winners in each of 3 categories won $10,000 plus other prizes.  Among them was an app called “Tiles” that gives you voice powered access to Facebook and Twitter. It also uses an algorithm to deliver only the most relevant news feeds from Facebook and Twitter at a given moment, and it has a simple “2 tile” visual user interface.

Another winner was CarTourin’, which gives  you local sightseeing tours without having to board a bus.

The third winner was CAMBUDDY Drive that let you create a video as you drive using a GoPro Hero3 camera.  The recorded video is overlaid with real time performance info using the PLX Kiwi2 and iPhone sensors.
